Let's declare 2015 the year of taking control!

The holiday season is quickly coming to an end and you may already be contemplating your course of action for the new year. If you're anything like the other millions of people working on resolutions, you have likely resolved to adopt a more healthy lifestyle. That's a terrific goal, but it's going to take some planning... and you may need a little help.

Along with regular exercise, the best way to improve your health is better nutrition. You've seen it here before... DIETS DON'T WORK. What DOES work is getting the majority of your calories from nutrient rich foods. Start with fresh vegetables and fruits. Nature has already provided us with everything we need to be healthy. Add ingredients as necessary to make your meals delicious, but try to minimize the processes between the finished product and nature.

To make it easier, incorporate plenty of fresh produce and yogurt into your recipes. There are loads of amazing recipe out there that take fresh ingredients, a blender, and just the right amount of seasoning and turn them into a divine dish.
